PREAMBLE

  1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are agreed between ETAPA SELVAGEM – UNIPESSOAL LDA, with registered office at Apartado 4 Ec. Alhos Vedros 2861-908, Alhos Vedros 
    Portugal, VAT number PT517795400, hereinafter referred to as “THE COMPANY”, and any person wishing to make purchases through the website www.onthequiet.co, hereinafter referred to as “the User”.

  2. The parties agree that all purchases made through the website shall be governed exclusively by these Terms and Conditions, to the exclusion of any other conditions previously available on the website.

ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE

  1. These Terms and Conditions define all necessary information for the User regarding ordering, payment, sale, and delivery of products purchased on www.onthequiet.co.

  2. They regulate all steps required to place an order and ensure proper follow-up between the contracting parties.

ARTICLE 2 – ORDERS

  1. The User places an order by completing the purchase process on the website and adding the selected product(s) to the shopping cart.

  2. To submit an order, the User must:
    a) Register on the website by providing the requested information;
    b) Log in using their email and password;
    c) Complete the checkout process by selecting delivery and billing addresses, shipping method, payment method, and invoicing details (name and VAT number).

  3. Final confirmation of the order implies full acceptance of product descriptions, prices, and these Terms and Conditions.

  4. Orders are subject to stock availability. If a product is unavailable, the Company will inform the User as soon as possible.

  5. Invoice data is the sole responsibility of the User. Once issued, invoices cannot be modified.

  6. Orders remain valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise in a promotional campaign. If payment is not received within this period, the order will be cancelled. Any amounts received after this period will be refunded or applied to a new order.

ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENT

  1. The Company offers the following payment methods via Easypay – Instituição de Pagamento Lda:
    a) Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
    b) Multibanco Reference
    c) Bank Transfer

  2. For credit card payments, the charge will be made once the order is confirmed for shipment.
    If any items are unavailable, the corresponding amount will be refunded.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY

  1. Orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after confirmation.
    Deliveries are handled by an external courier service.

  2. Shipping costs are added to the order total and displayed at checkout.

ARTICLE 5 – PRICES

  1. All prices are displayed in Euros and include VAT at the applicable legal rate.

  2. If a price change occurs after an order is placed, the User will be informed and may choose to proceed with the new price or cancel the order.

ARTICLE 6 – CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

  1. Return or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:
    hello@onthequiet.co within 30 days of receiving the order.

  2. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

  3. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

  4. Returned items must be in original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact.

  5. If the value of an exchange differs from the original order, the Company will provide adjustment instructions.

ARTICLE 7 – DATA PROTECTION

Personal data is processed in accordance with EU data protection law (GDPR).
Data is used solely for order processing, customer communication, and legal obligations.
